Queremos que Argon te encaje. Si no es así, te devolvemos el dinero.
Reembolso de 14 días
Tienes 14 días desde la compra para pedir el reembolso completo, sin explicaciones. Escribe a support@tryargon.app con el correo con el que compraste.
Cómo se hace
- Te devolvemos el importe íntegro por el mismo medio de pago, a través de Stripe. Suele tardar entre 5 y 10 días laborables en verlo tu banco.
- Al reembolsarte, tu clave se revoca y Argon deja de activarse con ella.
Pasados los 14 días
Escríbenos igualmente si algo no funciona; lo miramos caso por caso.
Si algo falla
Si Argon no funciona en tu Mac, cuéntanoslo antes de pedir el reembolso: normalmente se arregla con una actualización.

We want Argon to work for you. If it doesn't, we give your money back.
14-day refund
You have 14 days from purchase to ask for a full refund, no questions asked. Write to support@tryargon.app from the email you bought with.
How it works
- We refund the full amount to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.
- When you are refunded, your key is revoked and Argon stops activating with it.
After 14 days
Write to us anyway if something doesn't work; we look at it case by case.
If something breaks
If Argon doesn't work on your Mac, tell us before asking for a refund: it is usually fixed with an update.
